Heloisa to Piet and Rod

Piet, Rod and Steven,

When initially presenting my plan to work with the working hypothesis, I had stated that I would be present with whatever would unfold. When starting to work with my initial proposal, a shift occurred that I would now like to explain.

The proposal now occurs in two stages:

a) Initially start trying to detect the physical tension associated to desires, wishes, judgments, recollections of the past and expectations of the future in a different way than the one we are used to in our ordinary state of consciousness. The attempt is to observe the tension devoid of the content of the narrative associated to it. It´s a shift of awareness away from the content of the situation.

b) Once we can diminish  the identifications with the content of the present situation, we can then ask ourselves the questions "Who am I?" , "Who is that  present at this very moment?"  These questions are a way to break through the mental and emotional barriers that separate us from the truth of who we really are. A way to break with the limited perception of who we are.
