Rod to Heloisa and Piet

Piet & Heloisa,

Going real-time on the working hypothesis is certainly a major goal of this endeavor. It's one thing to do the "armchair analysis" as we've been doing, and quite another thing to actually endeavor to experience a different level of consciousness. Before we begin, however, I think it would be useful to consider our methodology. For example, one approach might be to formulate a specific proposal that we would all agree to, along the lines of:

"We propose to spend one day in which we attempt to...."

Or we might want to proceed in a more open-ended manner in which each of us would approach the experiment in our own way. In that approach each of us would formulate our own version of the working hypothesis which we would endeavor to explore for a day or two.

One other consideration is whether we should make our proposal public before we undertake the experiment, or wait until afterwards as part of our debriefings. What are your thoughts on these questions?

... from Rod
