only way I can access this is to be totally and intensely present and
relax.
This is easier to do when during meditation or when there is no
distraction,
but to maintain this in the middle of chaos, is very very difficult. I
suppose
that is why we practice so that we can stay complete in the midst of
obstacles.
I find that as soon as
my buttons are pushed the wrong way, my emotions just get way out of
control. It
is like I am possessed and all my practice just go out the window. No
presence,
no calmness and no WH. So the question is how to stop in the midst of
such
storm and regain enough presence to even contemplate WH.
