Miles' Summary

Hello All,

This week has been a bit more disrupted than normal for me, as I was traveling for the early part of the week, and have been sidelined by a bad cold for the past 3 days. But I can breathe through my nose today without sneezing, so things are looking better :)

The formal WH practice each morning has been interesting. Thus far, my practice has been stating that I am already enlightened, and then asking what that means. After engaging the mind in these thoughts, I then allow it to rest in that space until the mind wanders - sometimes after 5 milliseconds and sometimes for several minutes. When the Mind wanders, I restate my formulation of the WH. The following are a couple excerpts:

"Looking into the sunshine and hearing sounds from both sides, a light tingling enveloped my body as I realized that "both sides" only made sense from a single reference point, and my search from that single point yielded nothing – no 'me.'" "First open clarity, then naked sadness, then some commentary on feelings of sadness, then sadness passed from neck across entire head and poured out of lips."
